Brewing Method (Pour Over):

Ingredients:

  • 20g of Ethiopia Guji Coffee
  • 300ml of water at 89-90°C

Brewing Steps:

  1. Place 20g of ground coffee into the filter.
  2. Heat water to 89-90°C.
  3. Pour 60ml of water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds.
  4. Wait for 30 seconds, then pour 60ml more evenly over the coffee for 30-50 seconds.
  5. Pour 120ml of water evenly for 50 seconds to 1:30 minutes.
  6. Finally, pour the remaining 60ml of water evenly for 1:30 to 2:10 minutes.

Brewing Method (Cold Brew):

Ingredients:

  • 22g of Ethiopia Guji Coffee
  • 180-200g of ice
  • 300ml of water at 88°C

Brewing Steps:

  1. Place 22g of ground coffee into the filter.
  2. Heat water to 88°C.
  3. Pour 45ml of water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds.
  4. Wait for 30 seconds, then pour 45ml more evenly over the coffee for 30-50 seconds.
  5. Pour 45ml of water evenly for 50 seconds to 1:10 minutes.
  6. Finally, pour the remaining 45ml of water evenly for 1:10 to 1:40 minutes.
