Drip Brewing Method:

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams of Ethiopia Hambela coffee
  • 300 ml water at 89-88°C

Steps:

  1. Place 20 grams of ground coffee into the coffee filter.
  2. Boil the water until it reaches 89-88°C.
  3. Pour 60 ml of water over the coffee evenly for 30 seconds.
  4. Wait for 30 seconds, then pour 60 ml more of water evenly for 30-50 seconds.
  5. After that, pour 120 ml of water evenly for 50 seconds to 1:30 minutes.
  6. Finally, pour the remaining 60 ml of water evenly for 1:30 to 2:10 minutes.

Cold Brew Method:

Ingredients:

  • 22 grams of Hambela coffee
  • 180-200 grams of ice
  • 300 ml water at 88°C

Steps:

  1. Place 22 grams of ground coffee into the coffee filter.
  2. Boil the water until it reaches 88°C.
  3. Pour 30 ml of water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds.
  4. Wait for 30 seconds, then pour 45 ml more of water evenly for 30-50 seconds.
  5. After that, pour 45 ml of water evenly for 50 seconds to 1:10 minutes.
  6. Finally, pour the remaining 45 ml of water evenly for 1:10 to 1:40 minutes.
