Sourced from the Lonya Grande farms in Peru at elevations between 1,253 and 1,717 meters, this coffee comes from the renowned Bourbon variety. Naturally processed to enhance its sweetness and body, it delivers vibrant fruity notes reminiscent of pomegranate, accompanied by a distinct honey sweetness and a rich mouthfeel. An excellent choice for those who enjoy expressive fruit-forward coffees, offering outstanding results in both espresso and filter preparations.

Pour-over Brewing Method:

Ingredients:

  • 20g of coffee
  • 300ml water at 90-92°C

Steps:

  1. Place 20g of ground coffee into the filter.
  2. Heat water to 90-92°C.
  3. Pour 60ml of water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds.
  4. Wait for 30 seconds, then pour another 60ml of water evenly over the coffee for 30-50 seconds.
  5. Pour 120ml of water evenly for 50 seconds to 1:30 minutes.
  6. Finally, pour the remaining 60ml of water evenly for 1:30 to 2:10 minutes.

Iced Coffee Brewing Method:

Ingredients:

  • 22g of coffee
  • 180-200g of ice
  • 300ml water at 88°C

Steps:

  1. Place 22g of ground coffee into the filter.
  2. Heat water to 88°C.
  3. Pour 45ml of water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds.
  4. Wait for 30 seconds, then pour another 45ml of water evenly for 30-50 seconds.
  5. Pour 45ml of water evenly for 50 seconds to 1:10 minutes.
  6. Finally, pour the remaining 45ml of water evenly for 1:10 to 1:40 minutes.
