Ingredients:

20 g coffee

300 ml water (90–92°C)
Brewing Steps:

Place 20 g of ground coffee into the coffee filter.

Heat the water to 90–92°C.

Pour 60 ml of water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds (bloom).

Wait 30 seconds, then pour another 60 ml evenly over 30–50 seconds.

Pour 120 ml evenly over 50 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Finish by pouring the remaining 60 ml evenly over 1:30 to 2:10 minutes.
