Ingredients:

20 g coffee

300 ml water at 90–92°C
Brewing Steps:

Place 20 g of ground coffee in the coffee filter.

Heat the water to 90–92°C.

Pour 60 ml of water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds.

Wait 30 seconds, then pour another 60 ml evenly over 30–50 seconds.

Next, pour 120 ml of water evenly over 50 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds.
